24-27.01.2008 IDEX Orlando. The worlds largest doll show once again pulled in visitors from all over the world. On the friday eveing as part of the "Doty Prize givings" there was a new "Debut of dolls" award. There were many manufacturers, artists, and producers that were there for the first time. There were opportunites for signings for the new guests as you can see in the pics below.Nicole did a rooting course and a painting course on saturday using the "Real Effect" Paints. At this point we would like to thank Sabina Albin (on the right foto) who helped us with the courses. We brought lots of fotos with us, so click on the fotos below to browse through them. .
10./11.11.2007 "Eschweger Puppen Festtage". The biggest doll show in Germany pulled around 5000 people A large increase in Reborners was obvious to see. For all the fotos just click on one of these preview pics.
12.07.2007 "IDEX Las Vegas" with the reborn Convention 29th of June till 01st of July2007 (Attention: For all photos (about 200) - click on one of the smaller ones!!)
At the IDEX in Las Vegas this year we have also the Reborn Convention. This is the biggest international event and contest for the reborns scene members and the reborn industry.
Nicole gave two Rooting Classes there, where our dealers in the States can also learn "how to work" with the "German barbless Needles" (Photo 1 with Sandie of "Dolls by Sandie", Photo 2 with Nicola Allison of "Nikki Dolls" and Photo 3 with Esther McAskill from Irresistables, our three biggest dealers in the States). Also the biggest international Reborn Contest for the best reborn dolls had been offered. This time with many well known artists in the begininers catagory.
Shelli Babcock-Sebring (Best Rooting, Best Coloring, Best Reborn of the Year)
The contest had been dominated from one reborn artist with outstanding results.She won three of the seven awards. We would like to say congratulation to „Shelli Babcock- Sebring“ from the US, she won the rooting and colouring award and the "Collectors choice" "Best Reborn Doll of the Year".
Stephanie Sullivan (Inspiration Award)
Stephanie Sullivan won the „Inspirations Award“ for her life work and the many classes, DVD Trainings and so many different things she developed and made available for the reborners worldwide . Stephanie is a person that we phoned up a several times as we started with the reborn business. She is so kind and helpful that we´ve had tears in our eyes. Thank you Stephanie for the past - thank you for a nice event this time in the US. And we looking forward to see you next time in Orlando.

In the internationale Jury had been five reborn specialists it had been the dollset producers Billy & Ruth Annette Herrington (Simply Reborn Dolls, United Kingdom) and Nicole Middendorf, André Flottmann (Nicky Creation GmbH, Germany) (Photo from left to right) and a special doll dealer from the US.

25.04.2007 "Barbeque with friends". Die Herausgeberin des Dollreader Magazine Susan Fitzgerald (re.) (größte Puppenzeitschrift der USA) und die Präsidentin der IDEX Sue McCart (li.) (größte Messegesellschaft der USA) zu Besuch bei uns in Deutschland. Auch Elly Knoops (2.v.re.) war mit Ihrem Mann extra aus den Niederlanden gekommen.
